Booking Process:

Once you notify one of our Venue Coordinators that you’d like to book, we will draft a contract for you. The contract will remain valid for seven days, during which time the room will be held for you. After signing the contract, we’ll send you a payment link for a deposit, which is 50% of the rental fee. The deposit is due within seven days. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is official!

Our team will collaborate with you throughout the planning process to finalize catering, beverages, add-ons, and more. Your final invoice will be provided 21 days before the event and final payment will be due at that time, along with the security deposit.
