What’s Included?

The Ember Lodge accommodates up to 144 guests in its spacious 2,500-square-foot hall. All rentals include:

  • 6’ rectangular tables

  • Elegant Chiavari chairs

  • Choice of ivory or black linens

You’ll have plenty of flexibility for setup, celebration, and tear-down. Rental time: 10AM-10PM - Looking for more time? An additional hour may be added to the start and/or end of your event for $150 (pending availability).

A dedicated day-of venue coordinator will be on-site to assist guests and vendors and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Rental time includes set up & tear down. Deposit of half the venue rental is due upon booking. Final payment is due 21 days prior to the event.

The Garden

Step outside into our newly designed garden patio, an idyllic setting accommodating up to 100 guests for intimate gatherings. The garden space features a raised platform under a rustic gazebo, electric fire tables, benches that can be converted into tables and an outdoor bar.

Please note: The indoor hall CANNOT be used in the event of inclement weather, unless the space is reserved and paid for. Events cancelled due to weather can be rescheduled, based on availability. We do not provide refunds based on weather.

Food and Beverage Options

While we prefer catering to be provided through us, outside catering from a licensed professional is permitted for social events with a fee starting at $200. All beverages must be provided through The Ember Lodge, no exceptions.

Décor Options

We want your special day to be as unique as you are! We allow centerpieces, balloon arches, table covers/runners, 1 inch confetti only, flowers and candles are allowed as long as they are enclosed. Helium balloons are allowed but we ask that you please make sure balloons are secured and will not float to the ceiling.

The following decorations are not allowed: any tape/command strips on walls, coloring pencils/markers, anything that ruins the integrity of the walls/building.

  • The Ember Lodge can accommodate up to 144 seated or standing guests inside the hall and up to 100 seated in the outdoor garden space.

  • We want your event to be as unique as you are! We allow centerpieces, balloon arches, table covers/runners, 1 inch confetti only, and flowers. Helium balloons are allowed but we ask that you please make sure balloons are secured and will not float to the ceiling. Helium balloons that are not secure and float to the ceiling will result in an additional charge.

  • While we prefer catering to be provided through us, outside catering from a licensed professional is permitted for social events with a $150 fee. All beverages must be provided through The Ember Lodge.

  • A 5.5% tax and a 20% service fee (this is not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice and any bar tabs. Additionally, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Please note: the room rental fee does not include beverages or catering—these are additional costs.

  • Once you notify one of our Venue Coordinators that you’d like to book, we will draft a contract for you. The contract will remain valid for seven days, during which time the room will be held for you.

    After signing the contract, we’ll send you a payment link for a deposit, which is 50% of the rental fee. The deposit is due within two weeks. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is official! Our team will collaborate with you throughout the planning process to finalize catering, beverages, add-ons, and more.

    Final selections are due 30 days prior to the event. Final guest counts, catering numbers, payment, and the security deposit are all due 21 days before the event.
