The Ember Lodge can accommodate up to 144 seated or standing guests inside the hall and up to 75 seated in the outdoor garden space.

The Ember Lodge provides the venue and Venue Coordinator, catering, and beverages. Here are the vendors you will have to coordinate: DJ, florist, decorator, wedding planner (as needed) and photographer/videographer.

Yes! All food and beverage must be provided through The Ember Lodge. You will be able to attend a tasting event and coordinate your event menu with our Food and Beverage Manager.

A 5.5% tax and a 20% service fee (this is not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice and any bar tabs. Additionally, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Please note: the room rental fee does not include beverages or catering—these are additional costs.

Once you notify one of our Venue Coordinators that you’d like to book, we will draft a contract for you. The contract will remain valid for seven days, during which time the room will be held for you. After signing the contract, we’ll send you a payment link for a deposit, which is 50% of the rental fee. The deposit is due within two weeks. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is official!

Our team will collaborate with you throughout the planning process to finalize catering, beverages, add-ons, and more. Your final invoice will be provided 30 days before the event and is due 21 days prior, along with the security deposit.

We have beverage minimums for hosted bars, at $750.
