Friday | Arrive & Kick Things Off

Settle into your glamping cabin, grab your girls, and ease into the weekend with tacos, delicious drinks* ($), big group games like Bunco, cozy s’mores by the fire, and silent disco to get everyone laughing and dancing.

*one margarita per person included!

Saturday | Delicious Breakfast + Creative Fun

Start the day with a coffee bar and breakfast, then tap into your creative side with a fun group craft. The rest of the day is yours to explore the park or local attractions—don’t worry, we’ll provide a curated list of our favorite local spots so all you have to do is pick your adventure.

Sunday | Easy Goodbyes

Sleep in, pack up, and head home refreshed, recharged, and already talking about doing it again next year.

Please note: Only one cabin may be purchased per order (accommodates up to 7 guests). If you’re booking multiple cabins, please place separate orders or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!
The glamping cabin you will be staying in is included in the price! No additional reservation needed. Registration ends on April 19, 2026. Once you book your stay, one of our reservationist will call you to confirm the booking and get additional details!
Friday
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM at The Ember Lodge. To help keep things moving smoothly, we ask that one person per group handles check-in for your cabin.
Our first planned activity kicks off at 6:00 PM at The Ember Lodge and includes a taco bar (plus one free margarita per person!), drinks ($), Bunco, and group games. At 8:00 PM, gather around the fire pits for s’mores, then wrap up the night dancing it out at silent disco.
Saturday
Start your morning with a coffee bar and breakfast at The Ember Lodge available from 8:00–9:30 AM. Breakfast will include an assortment of muffins, pastries, fruit, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage and orange juice. The coffee bar will include an assortment of flavored creamers, vanilla & caramel syrups, and whipped cream.
After breakfast, stick around for a fun earring-making craft from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.
The rest of the day is yours to explore the park or check out local attractions—we’ll provide a curated list of our favorite local spots, and you may even find a few special discounts along the way, so all you have to do is choose your adventure.
Sunday
Sleep in, pack up, and head home feeling refreshed and recharged. Groups must be checked out by 10:00 AM. Check out will take place at the Reservations Building.
There is a 30-day cancellation policy for cabins and golf carts.
Cancellations are subject to a $50 fee for cabins and a $25 fee for golf carts.
- If your group has added a golf cart, it will be parked at your cabin and ready for use. Golf cart keys will be provided at check-in along with your cabin keys.
- Please note that glamping cabins do not include linens unless a linen package is added. Linen packages are limited and are priced per bed.
- Each cabin includes parking for up to two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park at Bear Paw Adventure Park and will require an additional parking pass ($25 per vehicle).
- Cabins will be assigned at check-in. If your party has multiple cabins, we will do our best to place them near one another, though this cannot be guaranteed.
- Please note: massage services will not be available this year.
